OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase necessary to ENTER OR WIN, NOR WILL A PURCHASE IMPROVE ONE’S CHANCES OF WINNING. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S., and where prohibited by law.

1. Eligibility/Entries: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and a legal United States resident (excluding residents of Puerto Rico). The following persons are not eligible to participate: employees of NUK, or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, members of each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, grandparents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 PM ET on May 5, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 AM ET on June 23, 2010. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules.
This sweepstakes requires that you have Internet access and a valid e-mail address. By entering this Sweepstakes entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor via telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail and to have their entry information posted on the NUK Fan Page for the purpose of public viewing without any additional compensation. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain additional entries by using other e-mail addresses, registrations or logins will void such entries and the entrant may be disqualified from the sweepstakes. Entry is for individuals only, no groups, clubs or associations.

2. Sweepstakes Requirements: To participate go to the "Mommy Shower Sweepstakes" page on the NUK website ( www.NUK.com) Fill out the on-screen registration form to enter the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one sweepstakes entry per valid page/e-mail address. All entries must be submitted by June 23, 2010 to participate in the weekly drawing. Entries will be carried forward into each weeks drawing and the Grand Prize Drawing. You only need to register one time.
All of the terms and conditions as described herein apply to all entry submissions. By submitting an entry, contestant understands and grants to Sponsor permission for his/her entry and other contestant information to be posted on the NUK Fan Page and/or NUK.com (or other NUK websites) throughout the world for viewing by visitors to the website and used in accordance with the Official Rules. By participating, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use his/her name, hometown, photograph or image for future advertising and publicity purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes in any and all media without additional compensation, notification or permission.

3. DRAWINGS: Each Wednesday beginning May 19 ,2010 through June 23, 2010 a weekly winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. The drawing for the Grand Prize Winners will take place on or about June 25, 2010. Drawings will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize are dependant upon the number of eligible entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail or e-mail.

4. PRIZES: Weekly (6) Week 1 $50 Bath and Body Works Gift Card, Week 2 $50 Victoria's Secret Gift Card, Week 3 $50 wine.com Gift Card, Week 4 $ 50 Yankee Candle Gift Card, Week 5 $50 Massage Envy Gift Card, Week 6 $ Godiva Chocolate Gift Card. GRAND (1) $5000 Spa Finder Gift Card. Total value of all prizes $5300. The weekly winner will be posted on the NUK Facebook Fan Page each week.

5. Prize Acceptance: Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Prize is not transferable, or assignable. No prize substitutions, except as provided here-in. By accepting prize, winners grant Sponsors, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotional agencies ("Sponsors and their agents") the right to use and publish winners proper name, state of residence and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes on-line and in print, or in any other media worldwide in connection with the Sweepstakes, without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line entry the authorized account holder of the account used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. Winners may need to provide proof if a dispute occurs. Return of any prize notification e-mail or mail may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Grand prize winner has the option to select 2 facebook friends to share their prize with if they wish. Registrants are not obligated to select friends. And winner is not legally obligated to share their prize with their selected friends. Grand prize winner’s 2 selected friends will each receive a $50 SpaFinder gift card. Friends information must be provided by winner. If no friends are selected, the $50 gift cards will not be rewarded.

6. Limitations of Liability: Sponsors and their agents are not responsible for any computer, on-line, telephone or technical malfunctions, delays or human errors that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries, or for inaccurate transcription of entry information, or delayed by computer transmissions. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsors, Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be defrauding the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be violating these Official Rules, or to be acting in a disruptive manner.
