The health and safety of children comes first for us. That’s why the quality, efficacy and safety of our products are absolutely essential. You can be confident that NUK products are designed and manufactured according to the highest standards.

To start, we work closely with our own Research and Development team to design products that are safe, effective and high quality. We have three factories where NUK products are made: one in USA (Wisconsin, where most of our products are made), one in Germany and one in Brazil. Owning our factories allows total quality control. Before our products are ever brought to market, they undergo rigorous testing by internal and independent laboratories and quality control programs.

We work with regulatory authorities around the world to ensure safety. In response to an increasing number of inquiries related to the potential presence of Bisphenol A (BPA) in baby products sold in the market, please know that NUK USA has reviewed its entire current line of children's food and beverage containers and pacifiers sold in the United States. We are once again confirming that the entire current product line manufactured by NUK USA since Jan.1.2009 (including NUK® and Gerber® branded baby bottles, pacifiers, sippy cups and tableware) is not made using materials constructed with BPA.

To further assist our retailers and consumers in this regard, we have added "BPA Free" labels on our retail packaging.

In fact, NUK products meet or exceed U.S. and international safety standards and our bottles, cups, pacifiers, and orthodontic nipples are BPA free.
