Special Needs Products
Premature Babies Products – available soon in the U.S.

Under this product line, NUK also has specialty products for babies with certain special needs such as pacifiers and nipples created for the delicate and sensitive condition of premature babies. These products have been clinically tested to particularly train the sucking reflex in order to minimize and shorten tube feeding and are exclusively used in hospitals. They are useful for normalizing the complicated sucking and swallowing process.

Babies with Cleft Palates Products - available soon in the U.S.

Supporting babies' oral development is what we are dedicated to. For children with orofacial clefts, like cleft lip, jaw, and palates, NUK has developed nipples that help to achieve an almost natural sucking process by sealing the cleft during feeding.

Therapeutic Trainer - available soon in the U.S.

According to Beatriz A. E. Padovan (Speech Therapist) the NUK Therapeutic Trainer can be used in speech, orthodontic, physiotherapeutic practice in myotherapeutic training for school children and adults. It is for overcoming a weak sucking action and normalizing malfunctions in oral motor activity - especially in case of swallowing disorders, associated with incorrect movement patterns of the tongue, or normalizing the complicated sucking and swallowing process. Also useful for apoplectic-stroken patients after consulting the doctor.
