Not Improved
I bought these breast pads because I thought they were on the same level as the lansinoh breast pads which would have made them a great buy since they were cheaper and more came in box. The product is supposed to be thin and discreet but I felt like you can actually see the pad on placed. It doesn't conture to your shape and I had to use more pads within a day because they would still leak and get my bra wet. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone and I will continue to use the brand I know works.

The WORST!!! Who are these for?!
These are without a doubt the worst product I've ever purchased! That is saying something isn't it?! They look like oversized communion wafers and are about as useful. Difficult to get it to lay flat because it is a two dimensional circle you are trying to fit to a three dimensional breast. Easily seen under a bra - unless your cup size has 3" diameter, you can see the giant circle it makes if you ever got it to lay flat in the first place. No adhesive backing so every time you pull your bra back to nurse it gets bunched up and you have to fish it out when you are finished. I thought maybe I could just use them for sleeping, but they aren't that absorbent. I now have 62 of these to figure out what to do with. Drink coasters? Miniature frisbee games?

Worst nursing pads so far
I bought these to try something softer to keep from getting sore. Every time my little one goes to nurse, I completely leak through. They hold no milk at all.

Horrible protection.
I bought these yesterday. I usually can wear a pad for three days without adding to much moisture to it, I put one of these on.... an hour later I thought it had slid off to the side because my bra was wet. When I checked it was still in place. So just in case I let it go for a little while longer while I was feeding lo from my other side, I experienced a letdown and it did the same thing. It literally absorbs NOTHING. These are ridiculous pads. DO NOT BUY your better off with store brand.

Wasted Money
I purchased these because I've used NUK Pad before from a baby shower gift. However, once I opened it (my purchases) I noticed an immediate difference. There was no adhesive on the pad and it was so thin that I had to use quite a few a day. Although there's a large quantity in the box, you really don't get the full effect of having so many because you use so many during a day. The pad moves around too much and bulks up, therefore, people CAN tell that you have on a pad.

Not discreet at all
I bought these because I had a coupon and figured why not? Well, I'll never buy them again. Any amount of leakage (and I don't have much) soaks right through the pad. But that isn't even my main complaint since I don't have enough issues with leakage for it to bother me. What bothers me is that these are awfully visible under clothes. They are flat, which already doesn't bode well for visibility. After all, breasts aren't flat. When they bend around the shape of the breast, they crumple and fold, which makes it too easy to see in even just a t shirt. I'll stick with my Johnson's nursing pads, which are curved right out of the package, invisible under clothes, softer material, and provide much better leakage protection.

Horrible
Just bought this new design and it is absolutely horrible! I have used other nuk pads and they are great but I feel like they never even tested this product. If it works for you - you simply just did not leak. These are NOT absorbent. Thank goodness I was home when I tried them because they are useless!!
If this was the 1st nuk pad I would have used, I would never buy nuk nursing pads again!

Ugh
I have hyperlactation, so i leak at least 4 times in 3 hours. I got these hoping they would absorb enough, i was wrong. I also have smaller breast so the pad sticks out of my bras sometimes and you can see them through my shirts. Not to mention i have to peel them off of myself causing my nipples to be sore. Pretty disapointed.
