I love these...
I'm not exactly sure why there are two negative reviews concerning this cup. I LOVE them. They never ever leak and they do not drip from the spout! It took me 4 years and 3 children to find these! I think the pictures can eventually wear off, but honestly, if it saves you from cleaning up dripping drinks, that's the least of your worries! They are also insulated and keep drinks very cold - you can feel comfortable letting your little one drink from these for a few hours without worrying about the temperature of a drink and their safety from bacteria!
Highly recommend this product.

Great until the lid cracks!
I purchased these cups for my son and daughter (4 total). I loved them until the lid cracked where the white valve attaches. When this happens the cups will leak like crazy. I never put mine in the dishwasher, and all 4 cracked. So disappointed since up until now I loved these cups!

Short life span
I thought I'd be the first to comment about a cracked lid, but apparently that's the main feature of the product. I've only had them - I have two - for about a month and a half. I expected better from Gerber.

Lid Cracked
I bought this set of sippy cups last week and my son used them once. After washing I was inserting the valve back into the lid and the lid cracked. Pretty disappointed

Weak product information
It touts many features yet doesn't explain how they work. There is a "flow control" valve with no explanation how it works or how to set it up.

Works for what I was looking for
I have 2 of these cups for more than 1 year now, it works well. it has leaked (a drop of two, not free flowing) when I did not insert the valve properly. The cover at valve insert has not cracked. I do not put it in the microwave nor in the dish washer, I have always hand washed them. I have also used the cup without the valve. Another reason it works for me is I change elevation when going home, the cups with straws leaks as we go uphill.

Love the cup, but the quality is just not there.
My 1.5 year old absolutely loves mermaids, so obviously when I saw the insulated mermaid and penguin cup pack I had to get it for her! It is her absolute favorite cup, but after only about 2 weeks all of the pictures around the cup are rubbing off. You can barely tell what it is supposed to be. Very upset about the quality of these cups compared to the price you pay for them.

I bought the 2-Pack about a month ago. My toddler and I really like the cups. My toddler likes them because "food does not get in the cup while drinking" :0) Unfortunately, the valve insert area(not the valve insert) has cracked and the cups makes a hissing sound. We can no longer use the cups.
