Returns & Exchanges

As part of the NUK family we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from NUK, you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Returns must be new, un-used, and in the original packaging. This return policy is for orders placed on only. If you have purchased a NUK product from a retailer either online or in store you must contact that retailer for their return policy.

Please note: If we shipped the incorrect item or if the item was defective we will refund shipping. If you are exchanging an item you will be charged for the shipment of your exchange.

In order to process your return or exchange we require completing the “returns/exchanges” section on your packing slip and including with your return. This area must be completed in full to include your contact number, return address, and if you are exchanging, what you would like in exchange for the returned item(s). Please send your return via a traceable shipping method and retain the tracking information. We will contact you if we have any questions on the return.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a web order with an item that is damaged, missing a component, or in some other way defective, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-NUK-1238 before returning the product.

Please note:  The sales tax indicated on the checkout form is an estimate.  The sales tax ultimately charged to your credit card will be calculated when your credit card charge is authorized and will reflect applicable state and local taxes.
