Rated 2 out of 5 by KaliW from Apparent manufacturing defect I bought a 2 pack of these on Amazon and my 2 year old daughter was very excited about her new cups until she couldn't drink water through the first one we tried. I tried also and was perplexed to find there was not a hole where there should be one. I opened up the other cup and it worked fine. Using it as a guide I took a very small knife and opened up the area where there should have been a hole on the defective cup. Now it works but it will probably leak since it wasn't done properly. It's kind of ridiculous that everyone has the exact same problem. Nuk, you need to evaluate this issue and fix it if you want to keep your sales. I like your other products and it wouldn't be a big deal if this cup was the only one with this problem but obviously it's a wide spread defect.

I bought this cup just yesterday and I was very exited to try these, but as I gave it to my child she was very upset claiming it’s not working and I didn’t see any juice running up the straw I decided to sip for myself and nothing... I looked up at the plastic label it came on but there were no instructions on how to open up the straw or anything... I decided to look up they’re page and come to find some same issues I have... is this like a defect from manufacturing? Scared to punch a small hole and then it won’t work the same :( I cant return because I don’t know where I placed my receipt... I hope NUK fixes this issue, would be great if we were to get 2 products for courtesy

Rated 3 out of 5 by RebeccaM from Love/hate relationship with this cup I love this cup, but it also makes me crazy. My 12 month old took to the straw immediately and LOVES it! It’s the only cup she always drinks from, and she drinks well! However, The milk that she doesn’t get out stays in the straw and splatters really easily. If she doesn’t splatter it out, sometimes it starts leaking like the pressure is making the milk come up slowly or something. The other main issue is I can’t for the life of me figure out how to put the lid back together easily after I clean it. The instructions on the lid don’t provide enough details. This is my baby’s most favorite cup, but it does give me headaches! However, I’ll continue using it and even recommend it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Tasia512 from No replacement straws!! Bought two of these cups, both straws were small enough to disappear in my dishwasher. Only used them not even 5 times each. Can’t buy replacement straws either what a shame, toddler sippy cups with no replacement straws??? Come on. Definitely don’t purchase. Also sometimes liquid is hard to come up through the straw due to the construction of it.

I noticed when using this cup she didn’t drink as much as when I had her use other Nuk sippy cups. I do like that for travel you can turn the top and the straw disappears so it did not spill or leak. It is also very easy to clean. I think it’s a well made product but for my daughter it wasn’t the best option. It was good for her to learn how to drink from a straw. I am going to try it as she gets a little older and I think she will like it better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Nauther from Great cup but weak straw We bought this on amazon for our 2 year old and he loves it. Unfortunately he likes to bite in straws and this one can’t hold up. I can’t seem to find replacement straws anywhere, does anyone know where to find them? I’d love to keep using the cup but it isn’t safe since parts of the straw are about to come off and I don’t want him swallowing it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by jctc1016 from replacement straws needed i bought this cup about 3 months ago and my toddler loves it. it’s easy for her to hold and she drinks both milk water or juice very easily from it. easy to clean and we use daily. where can i find replacement straws? doesn’t seem reasonable to replace the entire cup when the durability of the straw doesn’t match the cup.
