Great, except for one thing
I love the cups they’re quite durable however, I’m very frustrated because the straws are so small and get lost in the dishwasher or sterilizer. I need replacement straws Because I have so many of their cups without the needed parts of the straw.

Need replacement straws
My daughter is 20 months and loves using this cup. It barely leaks and very durable when she throws it on the floor. The only problem is that she chews through the straws and there are no replacement straws online. I tried calling customer service twice and no one answered.

Straw doesn't work if fully closed.
I just bought this last night and my LO was getting frustrated with it. I tried and I couldn't get anything out of it. I checked the straw and when the lid was off it worked but when I put the lid back on it stopped working. If I leave the lid only partially screwed on it will still work, but then my LO figured out how to unscrew it and poured water all over himself.
It was a fairly spendy item and I really didn't find it worth the $$. I bought this one specifically because it had a straw that went all the way to the bottom and he prefers not to tip up his cups.

Love the cup BUT
I really wish they sold replacement straws like Munchkin does. I literally have no idea where the top part went. Its so small it could be lodged in my drain for all we know. I just want a replacement straw 😭

Great overall but…
My kids LOVE these cups but they also like to chew on the straws. I wish Nuk would sell replacement straws separately. It’s ridiculous that I have to buy entire cups just for the straws.

No hole in straw
We purchased this to help our little girl with drinking through a straw. It doesn’t leak, but there isn’t a hole in the straw, so NOTHING comes out. Frustrating!

3 cups gone bad after my kid chewed the staws
Straws are too weak and no way to get replacement straws. I said I wouldn't recommend it to a friend, but it is really Maybe. If straws were more durable, I would definitely recommend this cup. Otherwise, expect to buy replacement cups...
