Description
Mealtime can be messy with babies who are just starting to feed themselves. The NUK® First Choice Suction Plates and Lids are designed to prevent accidental tipping and minimize the temptation to toss plates onto the floor. The strong suction base sticks to most flat surfaces, and the quick-release tab makes removal easy for parents. Three uniquely sized, deep divided sections have high walls with curves that help baby get more food onto their spoon as they scoop against the sides. NUK suction plates also come with a leak-proof lid, great for travel and for post-mealtime storage in the refrigerator. The plate is microwave-safe for warming up meals, and is top-rack dishwasher-safe for fast, parent-friendly cleanup. Great features for toddlers!🍽️
I use this for most of my child’s meals. I like the versatility of the raise walls because it lets me use the plate as a bowl or a plate. The plate portions are a good size. There are some really nice features for toddlers such as the suction for potential throwing fits and the lid for saving untouched meals 😅 I could see us using these plates for a long time too! Definitely recommend.

Game Changer for cleaning up messy meal-times
I love these NUK Suction plates! They're perfect for teaching my little one to eat independently. The strong suction base prevents spills and messes, making mealtime way less stressful. Disappointed
Purchased a few days ago and very eager to try it, huge disappointment. Using on Maxi Cosi high chair and came right off. Cleaned the surface and even wet it to try to stay on...no luck. Basically, it is now just for food storage.

Horrible product!
I got these plates for Christmas and they are horrible. I have washed the surface that I am trying to get them to stick to and they still come right up, my one year old pulls the plate up and there goes the food in the floor, it doesn’t matter what surface I try, still the same thing.… DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Perfect for toddler meals !
I absolutely love these plates for my toddler! They’re incredibly durable and a breeze to clean, which is a huge plus for busy parents. I really appreciate that they come with lids for storing leftovers—super convenient! The suction base sticks securely to our Maxi Cosi high chair, keeping the plate in place without any issues. After two years of use, there’s been no food residue left behind, and the plates still look great. The size is perfect, too—unlike most toddler plates that are either too small or lack sections, these are ideal for serving well-balanced meals.

Horrible, no suction!
I like the lid and separate compartments, that's it! These don't suction at all! I've tried cleaning the area and even wetting a bit and they just don't suction! Unfortunately I lost the packaging so can't return. These would be great if they actually suctioned like they say they do smh

Horrible
I bought this for my 1yr old because she kept picking up plates and throwing them on ground but these plates are just as horrible as regular no suction plates. My daughter was able to pull the plate off multiple times and throwing food on the ground.

Issues in microwave
We have had this plate for about 3 months, and over time it has started to make a weird noise in the microwave. We only ever microwave our baby's food for 10-20 seconds. Recently, there was a burning smell and my daughter's food had actual burn marks. I don't understand how a plate can do this. Otherwise, we love it. It doesn't always stick well but that's because my daughter is determined. We are concerned about microwaving it moving forward.

Does not stick to anything
These plates will not suction to any surface. Many attempts on many very flat and clean surfaces. Will not suction to high chair tray, table, kitchen counter, floor, anything.
Waste of money.

Love the plate, but it doesn’t stick
No matter what I do or what I try, this play doesn’t suction. I’ve tried different surfaces and wetting the bottom, and it never suctions even right at the beginning. I love the lid and the size of it, though. Just wish the suction worked.

Not suprised
I had bought these thinking they would be best for my kids but the plays don't even suction to the table. I have a glass table so I see no reason it wouldn't suction. I rate it a 2 out of 5 due to it being good material, big enough for both my 1 and 3 year old and the division between foods. Disappointed as my one year old like to take the plate and dump the food which is the original reason I bought this brand and not munchkin. Feel as though I wasted my money.

Doesn’t stick
I bought this for my son for his 1st birthday thinking it’ll be great and he won’t be able to dump his food, I was so wrong. It sticks for about a minute then he has it off and dumps his food. I bought the bowls too and same for those. They stick for about a minute then he has them off and will dump them.

Not happy at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!!!
I bought this plate set with the idea that my 12 month old would not throw it at me or throw his food everywhere. But I was wrong. As soon as I stuck it to his high chair tray he ripped it off. I thought maybe I didn’t push it down hard enough, I almost broke his tray trying to push it hard enough for it to stick. It will not stick to anything, not my kitchen table, not his highchair tray, not even the floor. Yes, I even try to stick it to my floor but it did not work. It has been a complete waste of money. I will not recommend this to anyone else.

it won't stick!
I bought this 2 months ago and we have tried it over and over and it simply will not stick! I'm very displeased with this product! we have tried all the tricks to get it to stick to the high chair tray and it just wont.

Convenient food tray with a lid
The NUK suction plate and lid provides an easy way to bring a tray of food along when on the go. It sets up quickly suctioning to the table reducing the ability for your child to scoot it around. My son is 17 months and, when secured to most surfaces, was able to pull the tray up. Granite worked well but it would not secure to my wooden table. Clean up was simple with the plate being easily hand washed or washed in the dish washer. I received this from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

NUK suction plate with Lid
So I received this suction plate with lid through the Stellar Product Testing panel and I love it! I have previously had some suction plates and bowls but this is my favorite one. Works great and the lid is something new for me and is super convenient, if my toddler doesn’t finish I just put the lid on and straight into the fridge for later. The look and feel is nice, and it’s easy to wash in the dishwasher. It also has dividers as well so it’s easy to seperate foods. I’ll definitely be getting more of these!

The Nuk plate worked perfect for us! It was the perfect size to fit on my toddlers high chair. This is also the first suction style plate that my one year old wasn’t able to loosen from his tray during the meal. It works great for snacks and simple meals, as well as even held up to messy meals including spaghetti. It worked great right out of the box, and the suction continues to work well several washes in. It will suction as is, but does work even better if you gently moisten the suction ring as the directions suggest. It works best on a completely clean surface, but will still hold suction even if there are a few crumbs in your high chair or table. Nuk Suction Plate with lid
I received this plate from the Stellar Panel Testing Panel, and I was really excited about it! I have had a really hard time with trying to find a plate my baby wouldn’t just rip off the table/high chair. I really like the kid that comes with it, easy to either meal prep or save left overs. It’s a good size, but I wish the pockets were a little deeper for scooping food with a spoon if needed. I am sad to report, that my 16 month old was easily able to rip of off both the table and his high chair. So I can only use it for the first 3 minutes before he just dumps everything out. I do love the color and the quality of all Nuk products.

Messy Baby Must Have
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Nuk suction plate with lid. The plate stuck to my child’s high chair tray extremely well, and even I had to pull fairly hard for the suction to release. That is a huge win in my book! Food scoops out of each divided section with ease due to the shape and depth of the compartments. The plate hand washes nicely without staining. I do not use my outdated dishwasher for baby items, so I cannot speak to that feature. The included lid is very sturdy and stays on well. Functional and Easy to Clean
Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this Nuk Suction Plate feeding accessory to use for my 1 year old. Beyond allowing me to nicely portion out my baby's food, it was nice that I was able to store the leftovers in the fridge by using the provided lid. Most of all, I love that I can use it in the microwave to reheat the food, and it's dishwasher safe, which makes my life so much easier! I had a bit of trouble with the suction on my type of highchair, but if you have a completely smooth tray, it would work great. Overall, I'll keep giving it a try as my baby gets older.

Awesome plate that is environmentally conscious
I received this plate through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and as soon as it arrived I fell in love. Being environmentally conscious as a parent usually means adding a ton of extra work, but this plate at least is one decision that's easy to make and makes life easier as well. I adore the shape of this plate, as it fits PERFECTLY in my baby's lunchbox. Bottles on the bottom and this plate on top, with the secure lid to keep everything in place. It feels very sturdy and well made and it has survived being dropped so many times without even a scratch. Being dishwasher-safe is fantastic, especially being made from recycled materials. The suction is pretty good too, which I was surprised about. Any enterprising baby or toddler will figure out how to get the plate off, but that's the same with every baby plate I've ever used so I'm not knocking it for that. It ticks all the boxes for me and I will be buying at least one extra myself.

NUK suction plate
We’ve really liked using this suction plate so far! I like that it has areas to separate different foods, and it does a good job of staying put on the table. We found that the section works best on a clean table - if there are any residual crumbs it might slide a little bit, but that is easily remedied. My 16 month kiddo is getting curious and did figure out how to detach the plate from the table, but that didn’t stop it from being useful. My favorite feature is the lid, which made it easy to store some leftovers for a bit, if needed.

Amazing Plates for littles
This suction plate was awesome!! We tested our plate out at the lake on a windy day. It suctioned right to our high chair and my little guy could not take it off. The plate is made of a very high quality plastic that I really think will last for a while. My little guy loved using this suction plate because of the dividers. He does not like his food to touch one another, so this is great for kids with sensory issues. My favorite part about this plate was the included lid!! We can’t wait to take a yummy lunch to the park because of the included lid. I would highly recommend this as a purchase over any other suction plate on the market, as I have bought some in the past that didn’t suction properly.
