Description
Mealtime can be messy with babies who are just starting to feed themselves. The NUK® First Choice Suction Plates and Lids are designed to prevent accidental tipping and minimize the temptation to toss plates onto the floor. The strong suction base sticks to most flat surfaces, and the quick-release tab makes removal easy for parents. Three uniquely sized, deep divided sections have high walls with curves that help baby get more food onto their spoon as they scoop against the sides. Multiple functional sectional plate
I really enjoyed this sectional plate, however I was really disappointed the suction did not work on our kitchen table. The suction is one large piece and since our table has slats it was just shy of being too large for a proper grip. On other table tops the suction was firm and held up.
My favorite part of this was the lid. When my toddler doesn't finish all her food, I can snap on the lid for easy use in a couple hours when I know she will be asking for more. I also was able to pack it with a couple different dry snacks to take along on the road.
It really has great function and is high quality, but I had to dock a star due to it not being functional on our table due to the suction size.

Favorite Baby Plate
We receives this Nuk Suction Plate for free as part of a product testing opportunity and loved it. The package came quickly and was easy to take off & recycle. We especially loved the lid this suction Plate comes with. Perfect for packing a lunch for baby day out. The dividers of this Plate are most helpful to offer baby different foods and portions. The materials are strong and sturdy. We are extactic these are 100 recycled materials too. Will be recommending these to all my parent friends.

Suction plate
If you’re looking for a suction plate, this is it! I received this plate to test out for the Stellar Product Review panel, and it’s been my go to. I went to the nearest store that carried them to buy another!
When you’re feeding a little who’s just getting started on solids, more of the meal ends up on the floor than in their bellies. The strong suction helps minimize that. Not to mention the handy lid, so i can take this plate with us to a restaurant and not worry about things falling all over the car!

Kid can remove it but we like the lid
This is our first time using a suction plate and it worked as we expected. It sticks better when the suction part is clean and wet, but even then my one year old is able to easily remove it both from the high chair table and our wooden dining table. When he is interested in eating and leaves the plate on the table, he is able to independently pick the food out of the plate. It is light weight and has survived being dropped on the floor several times already without getting chipped or cracked. We received the gray color from the Stellar Product Testing Panel to review. I personally prefer brighter and colorful plates for my kids. I like that it's divided and it's a good size, big enough to fit food for my littlest one (probably not my three and four year olds though) and still small enough to pack in a small lunch bag. My favorite feature is the lid! Save dishes and time with closing up the leftovers with that lid and taking it back out the next meal! Overall I like it just for the lid, and the suction is more like a bonus that mostly doesn't work.

Finally A Suction Plate with A LID
Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for letting me try out the new Nuk Suction Plate and Lid in exchange for my feedback.
So overall, I love how portable and lightweight this plate is. And best of all, it comes with a lid! We do baby-led weaning so being able to pack up a meal ready to go on a plate then pop the lid on is a MAJOR bonus. We’ve taken ours to park, grandparents house and now have it as a MUST for our upcoming hotel stay. My baby has no issues eating from it and is actually more attracted to her food than a regular plate.
The lid stays on tight and the suction is actually very good. My 2.5 year old couldn’t figure out how to get it undone from the table. The compartments are sized perfectly with a large, medium and small space. The only negative is the square design doesn’t allow it to suction to my high chair. Therefore I would personally like an option for one a hair smaller or in a circle design. Overall, I LOVE this product and I will definitely be buying a few more to utilize for all my kiddos!

Suction Plate Good for Traveling
I received this plate from the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for an honest review. Overall, I thought the NUK for Nature Suction Plate and Lid was just okay. While I am not in love with it, I can see it has some promising qualities. Pros: The size is nice. It has big compartments for the food and it fits on my Stokke Trip Trap highchair tray, as well as between the fasteners on my clip-on highchair out at restaurants. I really like that it has a lid (probably my favorite thing) and three sections for food. It is lightweight, which can be a plus for traveling reasons. Finally, I like the looks of the plate and the neutral color. Cons: The suction is fair – I was really hoping for better! It doesn’t really stick to most surfaces very well, unless the surface is very flat and not porous. However, this is true of all the suction baby plates and bowls I have tried. This product is about the same. I don’t love that it is plastic – I personally prefer silicone over plastic. I don’t think it is very easy to clean because of the crevasses in the bottom (in comparison to some of the other plates I own that are flat suction). My daughter grabs the edge all the time and pulls it off and she gets food on the bottom. Finally, the lid definitely leaks. If you have any amount of liquid in the plate I would not trust it. However, it would be perfect for dried foods. Overall, it is a fine product, but I personally think I will stick to using my other plates for daily use and use this when traveling.

NUK Suction Plate and Lid
My 10-month-old daughter is starting to eat real foods at the dinner table as well as take them to daycare for lunch, so compartment plates are key! This one is lightweight and fits in a smaller cooler for travel. Two major wins for me on the NUK Suction Plate is that it comes with a lid (must-have for daycare) and it's dishwasher safe! Let's be honest...who has time to hand wash all these feeding accessories?? The downside with this product, and the reason for my 3-star rating, is the suction. My daughter can pull this one up pretty easily. Her daycare teachers end up simply dumping the food out onto her high chair tray to eat, otherwise the whole plate will get tossed onto the floor. This one may work a little better when she's older and more concerned with eating than playing. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this feeding accessory.

Nuk Plate is a good concept
I was excited to receive this plate and lid from the Stellar Product Testing Panel but was disappointed in the suction on the plate. It did not stick on our table or his high chair tray. The high chair tray is a flat surface and other suction plates have worked in the past on it.
The lid is a great feature for saving unfinished foods, my toddler loves it due to the separate sections she can place her food. We have used it everyday and can say it washes easily and is easy to store.
Knocking off the 1 star due to the lack of suction - otherwise it is a great plate.

Nuk Suction Plate and Lid Review
I received the Nuk Suction Plate and Lid set through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall we are pleased with the product. I love the Matt finish on the plate and having a lid makes everything so convenient. The suction isn’t the strongest so if your little one throws plate this might not be the best for you but it’s just strong enough for us. I love how picture perfect it makes every meal look too. In all we absolutely adore the Nuk Suction Plate and Lid we received and will be looking to add more of the Nuk line to our collection.

Perfect for gravity testing toddlers
Little scientists love to test gravity, but the strong suction on this NUK plate keeps food safe from even the feistiest of toddlers! The deep divided sections are perfect for practicing scooping, and nothing beats a plate with a top for those meals that baby is just too busy in the moment to eat. This little plate is of course cute and convenient, as it is dishwasher and microwave safe (without fear of BPA). Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending it to me to try and combat those chubby little MLB strength hands.

Toddler defeats the suction
I received the NUK Suction Plate & Lid from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, complementary for an honest product review. The product was received and no issues were noted upon arrival.
The NUK Suction Plate & Lid that I received was grey in color and neutral, Which I prefer. The plate itself is just under 7 inches square and fits on the small highchair that we own. The plate has three sections of varying sizes and is great for keeping food separated. Our two year old was our test pilot and while the suction held for a little bit, it definitely is easily removed by a toddler. I love that we have the option of the lid if for some reason she doesn’t eat her meal we can place it in the fridge for a later time.
Overall, I think the NUK Suction Plate & Lid is a great product and even though the suction might not hold up to our toddler, we still love it for the simplicity. Thank you to to Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this product.

Great plate for future baseball players
I received this product to test through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I’m so glad I did. If your toddler has an arm that may just land him in the major leagues, this plate is a godsend! My son likes to let us know he’s finished eating by chucking his plate across the room. He was unable to do so with this plate, but he tried, and we got the point. :) I liked that it’s dishwasher safe, and the lid makes it easy to safely cover leftovers or leave a meal prepped and ready in the fridge on a busy day.

Perfect suction
I received this product from the stellar testing panel and to be honest I was slightly skeptical considering we have tried multiple caution bowls and plates with no real luck. The Nuk suction plate has by far one of the strongest suctions we’ve tried yet! The 3 sections of the plate also help when giving the child multiple food items. I do wish that the suction could be a little stronger but all around phenomenal product!

We loved this compact and well made plate
Nuk is a brand I trust because of their consistently well-made products. I tried the Nuk suction plate as part of the Stella Product Testing Panel. It came at a perfect time for us because my little is ten months old and we are currently ramping up with trying all sorts of new solid foods.
What I loved:
* Having three separate sections on one plate was most helpful and perfectly proportioned.
* I liked that the plate was compact and didn’t take up a lot of extra room in our cabinets and dishwasher.
* dishwasher friendly!
* suction plates are totally necessary at this stage in my child’s development. He enjoyed eating from the plate also.
* having a lid was an extra bonus
What could be better:
* I’d love if I had a different color (received gray for the testing panel)
* suction didn’t work perfectly for us, but this was likely due to the smaller surface area of our high chair tray. I don’t think it was an issue with the plate itself. I think thisplate would fit trays on most high chairs; ours is particularly on the smaller side.

Great Plate
I received the product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This plate is great! Our son who is almost 2 did a good job eating off it. He sometimes get in the mood to pick up his entire plate and throw all of the food over his head. The suction on this plate is good and helped to prevent big messes. One small negative is that the edges of this plate are a little tall so it made it hard for him to see into the plate and know where the food was. We had to turn the plate to help him see.

Great for sectioned plate
I’m not a tremendous fan of sectioned plates in general, but like that this one does stay put when pressed. The cover would be useful if you were transporting a meal and does seem to keep food in place. The muted blue color is lovely. I received this product is part of the Stellar product testing panel.

Great Product Easy to Use
I like this plate, NUK is a great company and has great baby products. I received this as part of a Stellar Panel item.
Pros -
Color is nice and clean cut
The open portions are good for a child
The lid is EVERYTHING - I can finally store leftovers or pre-plan meals
Cons -
The suction, ok this is the only con. It’s not a suction it’s almost a plastic hold but you can still pull it and it won’t suction so I don’t really see the point.

Great Idea Not Dishwasher Safe
I was very excited to get this plate as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My 18 month old has made a game of throwing his plates to the floor at mealtime, and I thought the suction capability of this would solve that issue. I placed it in the top rack of my dishwasher to wash it before its first use (regular cycle wash). Unfortunately, while it says dishwasher safe, it isn’t. The suction portion of the plate mis-formed in the dishwasher (see photo) and now does not stay suctioned to any surface thus taking away the problem solving attribute that made me excited about the plate to begin with.

Nice as an introduction to self feeding
I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
This suction plate with lid is nicely made. I first used the plate on the wooden diner table and then on a plastic textured portable table. The plate was great on the diner table and my little enjoyed the new experience with food. The plastic table had surprising results. Even with the texture, the plate was able to suction to it. It wasn’t a fully great experience though, as there were times it would loose the suction and move around. Not a huge deal for me but for my little it was a bit frustrating. The set looks nice and it’s not flimsy. The lid wasn’t what I was expecting. It could have been a bit more snug but it does the job a lid is meant to do. I think that my little enjoyed just being able to feel the food, not just eat it. My favorite thing of the set is the 3 different sizes of sections.

Babys favorite plate
The NUK suction plate and lid are a win with my baby! She loves digging into the neatly divided, spacious compartments (with her hands) to enjoy the selection at meal time. I love that I can prepare the meal ahead of time and use the lightweight combo for storage or tidy travels, and even to store leftovers! The plate is a perfect size- it fit well on the tray of our ingenuity high chair. We use it daily.
Only downside is the suction. The surface that proved good for suction was the plastic tray table of her high chair- it did not stick to the smooth removable plastic insert for our tray table, nor our dining table that is distressed wood. Even when we did achieve suction, my little one was eventually able to pull the plate loose- albeit after multiple attempts, which gave me time to intervene before the plate met the floor- Which is a win in my book!
Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing us to try this new edition to our kiddos meal time.

It works okay
I received this product for free from the. stellar review product program for my honest opinion. I will start with the pros... The portion size compartments are good size for babies just learning or toddlers. It is very easy to clean. Now for the cons.. I found that the plate had a hard time sticking to my counter tops and island. It did stick better if I wet the bottom of the plate, but I do not want a small pile of water sitting on my table like that. Also the package said it was 100% leak proof and I found that was not correct. If you snap the lid on and tip it, it will leak. So keep that in mind if you plan on taking it on the road with you .

Nuk Suction Plate
The Nuk suction plate and lid did not work as well as we would have liked. We received the plate to test as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We have a 1 1/2 year old old son who likes to throw things. We were hoping that this plate would keep him from throwing his plate when he was done with his food. It did not. He quickly figured out that he could pull the plate off of the table at different angles. The plate is a great idea and is made of a nice material. The plate may also work for younger children just learning to eat at the table, but it definitely did not work for our 1 1/2 year old.

Great Suction Plate
I was given this feeding accessory to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
Review: I thought that this suction plate was awesome! For the most part in suctioned to about every surface. I have a smaller highchair with a small tray connected to it and the plated didn't suction well to that. But it suctioned really well to our bigger highchair tray and to our table.
I think that the look and the feel of this plate are great! It was very easy for my kiddos to use and my 13 month old loved it. He did try to throw it overboard, but luckily he wasn't able too.
I have two favorite parts of this plate. First, that it suctions to most surfaces. Second that it as a lid. If your child doesn't finish all their food you can put a lid on it and stick it in the refrigerator. This is really an awesome plate and I was totally recommend it!

It works with benefits
So firstly this one is great because packaging is 100% recyclable .
The plate itself is a neutral color and comes with a lid that is leak proof! So easy storing for leftovers or for the on the go meal/snack! I appreciate the 3 divided parts on the plate so everything stays clean (tell my toddler gets ahold of it at least). The suction is great until your toddler finally out smarts you and can get it off and send it flying to the floor. That stage hopefully passes soon. We personally are loving it for car rides we live out in the country so going anywhere is at least an hour drive one way. Snacks make it easier for her to pass the time. Great plate
I received this plate through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I like it so much! The suction works very well—much better than other mealtime suction products I’ve tried. I stuck it to our deck door—and it stayed for about 15 minutes! The plate feels sturdy and is an attractive neutral color. My favorite feature of this plate is the multi compartment design. It didn’t come completely dry out of the dishwasher, but I left to to finish air drying in the sink with no problems. So far, I’ve fed our seven month old daughter from the plate and have been glad that she isn’t able to grab it and send it flying across the floor!

I wanted to love it
I really wanted to love this plate. The plate is pretty and well packaged. We usually bring a suction plate with us when dining out with our baby and always have to bring a plastic bag to put the dirty plate in to bring it home again. I really loved the cover on this plate because we could pack something beforehand and cover the dirty plate when we are done to bring it home again. The lips are high enough to keep the mess to a minimum, but low enough to make the food easily accessible. Unfortunately, the plate did not stick to the majority of surfaces we tried it on, including the high chair tray that we use most often. This meant that it could easily be picked up and thrown on the floor. We will keep this plate in the rotation for eating out because we love the cover, but wish it would stick better to a variety of surfaces. Great for Meals on the Go
I received this plate through the Stellar Product Testing Panel! This plate is great for bringing to restaurants or on the go! I have thrown it in the diaper bag to use at restaurants so my daughter can eat off a plate and I love that I can put a cover on it and not worry about mess or cleaning it until we get home--or take home leftovers! We also packed her lunch in it and brought it in our cooler bag for a picnic. It's lightweight and slim so easy to pack. The suction on this wasn't anything special--it's the lid that makes this plate really useful to us! It's a bit smaller than other plates we've used but overall, great to have in our rotation.

Suction Plate with Lid
I received this item from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The size and sections were just right, and the idea of adding a lid was a nice touch. I am giving three stars because unfortunately the suction did not work on any of our surfaces except for our kitchen counter. It did not stick to our high chair trays or our outdoor dining table. Overall, though, it is a decent sectioned plate for our toddler, and we will continue to use it.

High quality and lid makes on the go meals easy
Thanks to stellar product testing panel for providing me with this feeding accessory. We loved trying it out for our 13 month old son! We have used quite a few suction plates and this one was definitely the best quality. We loved the color/look/feel. It looked high end and felt nicer than the bendy, silicone ones we’ve used before. It was also very durable and had a great suction. The 3 different sections were so great because we could put his different foods in each rather than needing to have different containers for each. Our favorite part of it was the lid! It makes it easy to put leftovers right in the fridge or to easily transport meals on the go, without having to use so many different containers for the different foods your bringing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a suction plate for littles!

Suction and Sections
This NUK suction plate and lid is nice in that it is compartmentalized and comes with a lid. It didn't suction strong enough for my 15 month old, and was able to get it off of her high chair with some effort. I've found that wetting it slightly prior to sticking it works best.
What did you think about the look and feel of this plate?
The plate is sleek and modern looking. It is made well and feels strong. I like that the gray is very gender neutral, so my 3 year old son can use it too without fussing over it being too girly. It's super easy and convenient to use these plates. Again, I like that there are different sections so the food doesn't touch if you have a picky kid. The section is the absolute best feature of these plates.
