Description
Mealtime can be messy with babies who are just starting to feed themselves. The NUK® First Choice Suction Plates and Lids are designed to prevent accidental tipping and minimize the temptation to toss plates onto the floor. The strong suction base sticks to most flat surfaces, and the quick-release tab makes removal easy for parents. Three uniquely sized, deep divided sections have high walls with curves that help baby get more food onto their spoon as they scoop against the sides. NUK suction plates also come with a leak-proof lid, great for travel and for post-mealtime storage in the refrigerator. The plate is microwave-safe for warming up meals, and is top-rack dishwasher-safe for fast, parent-friendly cleanup. Blue/green pack suction plate
I bought this item a few months ago thinking it would be good for our child but as we sit down for dinner next thing I know is the plate is freaking going past my head and I hear a whistle of the wind as it goes by my head mind you my child is only 9 months to say the least I am disappointed and the quality of the suction sucks because it doesn’t suck or suction. I would like to be emailed about this as I have to not only spend more money on a different sucker plate I also have to clean up my child’s mess all over the floor that’s covered in spaghetti and SAUCE!!!!!

Great First Plate
This is the first plate my baby ate on. He uses it all the time. It sticks well so there is no mess. We take it on the go because of the lid and use it outdoors.

Don't bother
Bought these and tested them out before washing them - my 10 month old daughter had no problem pulling it right off the tray of her high chair. Washed them once and now they won't stick to any surface.

Why sell 2 plates with one lid?!?!?!?
I bought these because I needed suction cup plates with lids. I should have read the description better, I guess, but it never occurred to me that someone would sell a set with only one lid! If anything, you need extra lids because that's always the part that gets lost!

Pretty Good Overall
I received a free sample of this product in exchange for my honest review. These plates were good but the suction wasn't the best. The plate stayed in place while my son was eating but he was still able to easily pick it up. The plate has 3 compartments perfect for a toddler sized meal and it has a lid which makes it good for taking on the go.

Awesome mess free plates
I received a free sample in the mail in exchange for my honest review of the Nuk pretensil dipper fork and spoon set, the mess free suction plate set and the mess free suction bowl set and the and I am pleasantly surprised. My oldest child is 14 and products such as this weren’t available yet. She used a regular childrens form and spoon, but boy do I wish we had this. This pretensil set made it so much cleaner. My son was able to eat his food with little to no mess. Clean up was so much easier for me. The plates and bowls auctioned nicely to the high chair or table. My little monster wasn’t able to fling his plates and bowls to the floor like usual. They also came with lids so that we can save the food for later or take it on the go. I will definitely be purchasing more and giving some away as baby shower gifts. Two thumbs up!!!

Great for eating and storing.
lI received a free sample of the Nike brand suction bowls, suction plates and pretensil set for toddlers 6 months and up. I found these products to be very helpful and versatile. With toddlers you go from feeding them yourself to them developing their independence and wanting to feed themselves. I found that the suction bowl worked very well for me while feeding my child because at this age they tend to reach for and grab hold of any and everything within their reach, this includes food bowl. I use the bowl to feed my child from and with the suction feature it stays on place from busy little hands and clumsy mom elbows.
The suction plate works in the same manner for when my child wants to feed himself. In the past I have had to clean up messes from when he decides to pick up his plate and bang it like a drum. The suction feature prevents this from happening.. And I found the pretensils to be just as good. They are just right for small hands, no sharp prongs from the fork to hurt my child and the spoon really hold on to certain food very well. I love these products!!!

Great quality
I received the Nuk Suction Plate 2 pack free to review. These worked very well for my babies use. She's a mess during meal time and this really helped. I'm planning on purchasing a few sets as gifts for friends and families. These are made from quality materials, which is very apparent.

Suction strength is unmatched!
Wow! I am impressed. I received a free sample of this product to review and I can honestly say I'll be ready to buy another set. Most products of this type don't secure well to the table, but this one can stand the force of a toddler pulling hard. My kids are happy and less frustrated during meal time, thanks to this product. Not great suction, and wish they weren't plastic
These plates are a good size and look nice, I just wish they weren't plastic! I would love to see cleaner/greener materials like stainless steel and silicone, or wood. They don't stick very well, I suppose it depends on your surface material-but they didn't stick on our wood table or the plastic high chair tray that I tried it on. I was given this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

I recieved this suction plate set as part of a product review. My little ones favorite thing to do in the highchair is to throw the plate or bowl on the floor when he's had enough to eat. Well this plate didn't allow him to when his magic on my floor. He couldn't pick it up! At first...the suction didn't last very long and he got it up. I think the plate is the right size for food portions and less mess as it's not flat. I would recommend this set if they can get a stronger suction.

Great features
I received the Nuk Suction plates to review. My findings were this is a very functional product. The plates are microwaveable, and the suction base is very strong and sticks very well, my son tried to pull it off with no luck! They hold the right amount of food .The lids are 100% leak proof, and the lids come in handy for left overs and they fit nice and snug. Great for caring meals, Well done

I received the NUK suction plate set as a free sample in return for my honest review.
I tested the plates with my eleven month old baby.
Overall I am moderately happy with the products. I appreciate the fact that one of the plates has a lid and can be used in the microwave and washed in the dishwasher. The plates are functional and fairly easy to clean. The suction part did not work all that well on our highchair (despite cleaning both thoroughly...). Overall it is a decent set, but not necessarily better than others on the market.

Great product!!
I received a free sample of NUK plate set for ages 6 months and up. overall, I loved these products and would recommend them. The color choice was great and these plates were divided to keep food separated and from falling over sides. These items were durable, kid friendly and held up to the test!

I was originally so excited for these. These plates do not stay suctioned. They won’t stay suction to the high chair tray at all. It will stick to our kitchen table for a short time then the suction releases.

I received a free sample of Nuk Suction plate 2pk. I think it is a very nice set and nice colors. It is easy to to take food in different rooms and the 3 compartments are awesome. You child can have variety. I think compared to another set i had this one works best because of the compartments and plastic the other set my child picked up and throwed and it broke.This plastic is sturdy and can take a beating. lol I think the suction can be improved for this set because it will not stick to the table and or feeding chair so it moves when im trying to get food. My overall impressing is its a great set and i love using it giving my child variety of food. My rating is due to the suction is not sticking that could use work. Thanks

Truly helpful
I was very fortune to receive Nuk suction plates sets that come with covers, to review. I found the plates with the suction on the bottom eliminated our little people throwing dishes on the floor. The covers that fit on the plate truly make traveling a lot easier. Now we can take meals on the go and stop going into fast food establishments. One of the best features about these dishes is they are dishwasher safe and don't shrink at all.

Excellent Product
I received a free sample of this Suction plates to review and overall I love them. I love that they come in pairs and with different colors. I have 2 kids so now they each have their specific plate. The suction cup at the bottom makes it easier to stay in place. The plates are quite large and fit a good amount of food. Also great that a lid is included to save anything left for the next day. All easy to clean up and dishwasher safe. I highly recommend this set to others.

Absolutely no suction
I bought these two days ago. After washing them for first use they do not suction. At all. I liked the three compartments and the lid when I purchased them, but they are absolutely useless as suction plates.

Poor suction
I have 18th twins, when i first started using them they gave me a good first impression, i liked the 3 compartments and that it came with lid, but after using them a couple of times it wouldn't stay suctioned it takes no force to pick them up and my kids will throw try to throw there plate on the ground, i bought some munchkin ones and have had no problems with them sticking

Great product
I bought these a few months ago. My daughter(19 months) & nephew(2yr old) use them daily. The plate size is perfect for them. However, I haven't found very many surfaces that the plates will actually suction to very well. That's one of the main reasons I bought them so that it would be harder for the little to pick their plates up and spill them.

Disappointed in the suction
I was very excited to buy the plates and bowls in this set. I think it's great that they come with lids for easy storage if the food's not finished and the plates are nice because they have dividers to keep food separate. However, within 2 minutes of giving the bowl and plate to my toddler to eat from she had already released the suction and got it off the counter. Unfortunately, especially with the bowls, all she had to do was put pressure on one side of the bowl and the suction released. So I once again had food all over the floor because she would pick the plate and the bowl up and dump it.

I just bought a set of these… used it a few times. It says microwave and dishwasher safe. I microwaved some food on it once and the attached picture is what it looks like now. The suction is also not very strong at all.

Loses suction too quickly
I reallllllllly want to love these plates. They are durable and feel high quality. I just CANT get them to stay suctioned. My 8 month old can pick this straight off of his high chair. Food alllll over the floor :( Also, why only one lid?? lol
