I found the hard spout at my local walmart and he loves it. I love that he loves it so much, but now I have all these bottles with no hard spout replacement. I found that to be hard to understand seeing all the advertising about being able to use the silicone replacements are interchangeable with the Nuk bottles. My question is why are the hard spout replacements not available? Guess I'm left with buying the same design cups with hard spouts and giving the others away.

However, I can't give five stars because I feel the hard spouts should be available for purchase separately. I now have 6 other cups that are useless without the hard spout top. My reason for visiting the site in the first place was to purchase more hard spout tops.

The silicone spout was the only cup she would drink from and the transition from the bottle was a breeze! As for hard spouts it was a challenge. I saw the reviews on the hard spout and new it would work for my daughter. The first day didn't go so great, the second day she only used a silicone spout for her morning milk and after that it has been only the hard spout! I am sooo happy to have found these and glad that she likes them! I really hope nuk starts selling just the spout by itself! I'm not a huge fan of the plug mechanism on the spout, but my daughter is figuring out she just needs to tip it up more.

I have spent quite a bit of money trying to find hard tip sippy cups that don't leak the contents all over her. Finally found this cup, which is perfect because she have a lot of the NUK soft tip cups. I REALLY wish the hard tips were sold separately so I could use them on her cups she already has!!!!!

I really wish Nuk would sell just the hard spout component, because it would fit perfectly on the Learner cups - same size and everything. We needed to switch because my daughter started biting through the soft spout, and so having the hard spout alternative in a cup she already loves so much was PERFECT! I bought one to try on Amazon, and she fell in love with it, so I went to our local WalMart and bought every one they had left :) They're dishwasher safe, so easy!

I love the clip on the side that allows my kiddos to hang them on their own little bags and the hard spout so even though they shouldn't still chew on things, they don't damage the spouts of their cups. The cup itself is break proof in my kiddos hand, lol!! Are you going to give some away, we would love some new ones, lol!!

So I set out on a mission and found the hard spout active cup by NUK. Not only does it have a cute design (for those little guys or little gals) but it's reliable and durable. She's probably dropped it a few times now and it still stands strong. She can't chew through this cup and that's a huge benefit. And that design doesn't do enough justice compared to the real thing. I suggest this for every toddler!!

We have always used the active cups. It's one of the only cups that she would take. Thank you for the cups! I hope to be able to buy another one soon.

Love that these don't leak and I'm not worried about my son chewing threw the spout. Like all other reviewers have stated, I would want to buy the Hard Spout top separately because they are interchangeable with my current Nuk Active cup collection that I already own. Since the tops are not currently sold seperately I wish the cup came in different designs so I could stock up on a few "boy" designs.
