My daughter loves this cup. Her big brother used the Nuk transition cup and loved it so we bought the exact same for my daughter and it didn’t work out. She never got the hang of regular sippy cups so this was actually perfect given it transitions from bottle to straw at once. I love the weighted straw that helps her take every drop out while being spill proof. Cleaning this is not too bad but the straw does require some work. As much as I like this bottle, it doesn’t mean anything if it doesn’t pass her test and this was a major hit.

It was good until it wasn’t LOL
My 15 month old did well with the cup initially. It’s easy to handle and it’s pretty durable. It’s leak proof until your little one figures out all they need to do is tap the straw on any surface and water gets all over. But you can shake it and throw it and water will not leak. It’s only when the straw was moved that a lot of water will come out. So for that reason, I gave it 3 stars. Maybe younger children who are starting out and don’t figure out the straw can be bent and water spills out would do better with it.

Great straw learner cup
This weighted straw cup has been helping my baby learn to use a straw. I appreciate that it doesn’t leak, even when turned upside down. Slim enough to fit in standard car seat cup holders, and holds up well from my baby testing gravity every chance he gets. Flow rate is controlled, and seems easy enough for baby to understand he needs to suck in order to get anything out of it.

This cup is like a baby bottle—it’s a training cup, really, for when we want our children to give up the bottle. It’s a great option; it has a special spout that I think really helps with the transition from the bottle to a regular cup. I love that it has handles so the child can easily hold the bottle—or cup, so to speak—since with a regular bottle, they tend to grab it anywhere, even by the nipple. From what I’ve seen of the child using this cup, I gather he really likes it and feels very comfortable; he’s able to consume the food or drink inside the cup—or cup-style bottle—and I like that. As I mentioned, the design is quite useful. It seems very versatile for the transition from bottle to cup. The material is amazing; based on the tests I’ve run using various types of drinks, performance has been exceptional—I haven’t had any issues with any of them.

Great straw learner
I’ve been using this learner straw cup for a bit now and overall it’s been pretty solid. Cleaning is actually easier than expected since all the parts come apart without a struggle and I don’t feel like milk or juice gets trapped anywhere weird. In terms of leakage it’s mostly reliable if it’s closed properly. I don’t notice leaks in my bag. The grip is great for little hands because of the shape and slightly textured sides.

Great cup
Great straw cup for a baby to transition from bottles. The plastic is very sticky and sturdy so it can withstand being thrown from a high chair. The straw is easy to clean but it does not come with a straw cleaner so I had to use one I already had around. It’s not heavy at all and it can easily be thrown in the diaper bag without leaking.

Perfect to teach kids to use straw
It’s perfect to teach your child how to use the straw. I like how it’s leak and spill proof. Easy to clean and assembly. It’s dishwasher safe. And when child older you can remove the handles. It’s easy to grip on. I would recommend for kids to transition from bottle to straw bottles or cups.

One of my favorite designs by NUK
It’s perfect! definitely great for a transition cup and also great for a toddler who already knows how to use a straw. I love that it’s leak proof. I also love the silicone straw that does down into the drink. It’s very lightweight and has handles on the sides for easy and proper holding. It’s super durable as well. This is one of my favorite cups by nuk! I do wish the came in fluorescent colors on the caps and bottles wink wink 😉

Great transition cup
Really liking the NUK Perfect Match Learner Straw Cup so far! The easy-grip handles are perfect for little hands, it’s leak proof, and my baby had no trouble learning how to use the straw.
Only downside is the suction sometimes pulls the straw back down into the cup, so I have to readjust it occasionally. Other than that, it’s been a great transition cup!
