Leak proof toddler approved
Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me the NUK FunGrils Straw Cup to test out. We really like this sippy cup it is practically leak proof- it does not create the suction like other supposed leak proof cups where if the liquids are too hot or cold it comes out of the top or if you fill the others they will. Now with that being said with the obvious toddler throwing cups or banging them you’d be hard pressed to find one that doesn’t “leak” under those circumstances.
I also really like that the NUK FunGrips Straw Cup is the same cup that comes with the NUK Fun Grips Hard Spout Sippy Cup so with this you have multiple cups and can use the straw top interchangeably on the cups you might already have. That’s a huge win to one have one straw (which is extremely easy to clean) and carry along extra cups.
We liked the soft/ bendable straw the most. We always worry with a harder straw that other cups have and how toddlers often run into things that the straw would injure their mouth. Another positive on this particular straw vs others is that with some cups the little ones have to “suck” very hard to even get their drink out to where when they finally do their almost exhausted and give up drinking.
Definitely add this cup to your “leak proof list” of cups to try. You won’t be disappointed. Would recommend.

Good leakproof cup for toddlers
This is a good straw cup that I’m happy to have in our rotation. It’s designed well with the leakproof valve and easy-to-hold grooves. My toddler found it easy to both hold and drink from, and I like that it fits well in cup holders or the side pocket of our diaper bag. The straw is soft and bendable, so gentle on our toddler’s gums. I like that it’s dishwasher safe although tend to use a straw brush for those parts and found it a bit trickier to clean given the multiple valve parts. I also wish it had a cap for on-the-go usage but that isn’t a dealbreaker. Overall this cup works well and is one we use regularly, especially for around the house use when I’m typically more concerned about spills and leaks. Perfect Cup for Toddlers
The NUK FunGrips Straw Cup has proven to be truly leakproof. As a parent of two toddlers- I have tried so many cups that promise to be spill-free, only to find leaks in various situations. However, this cup has held up through every test: upside down, sideways, tossed across the kitchen, jostled by my toddler, stuffed in a diaper bag, and after multiple washes.
One of my non-negotiables for toddler cups is a flexible straw to reduce the risk of injury, and the NUK FunGrips delivers. The soft silicone straw is gentle, easy for my kids to drink from, and gives me peace of mind. While the straw is narrower than others we own, it worked just fine for us. That said, I did notice both my kids chewing on it- something they don’t usually do with wider straws. Something to note if your little one is a chewer.
The ergonomic, hourglass-shaped design makes it easy for both my 1-year-old and 3-year-old to hold. While the cup is a bit too wide for their car seat cup holders, it fits well enough to stay put, though my younger one has a harder time putting the cup back in the carseat cupholder.
Aside from its reliable leakproof performance, my favorite feature is how simple it is to clean: just four parts, all dishwasher safe. Reassembly is also very straightforward. ’m planning to buy more and make this our go-to plastic cup for everyday use.
Lastly, I really appreciate the bold yet simple color-block design. I have both a boy and a girl, and I love when kids’ products come in fun, gender-neutral colors. It makes sharing much easier.

Perfect Toddler Cup
I absolutely love this straw cup for my 1 1/2 year old! The sleek, simple design is not only adorable but also super functional. It’s easy for my toddler to grip on his own, and the lightweight feel makes it perfect for little hands. One of my favorite features is that the straw goes all the way to the bottom, so he can get every last sip, even when he tips it! No leaking, no mess, and so easy to clean. Awesome little starter cup
The NUK FunGrips Straw Cup is a great little starter cup. Overall, I was very pleased with how easy it was for my twins to hold, the mostly leak-proof(ness) of it, and the fact that the straw is very easy to clean.
For the most part, the cup was reliably leakproof. Once in a while, I would catch it seeping if my twins left it laying on its side. The straw has an internal two part design that includes a openable flange for restricting fluid flow, and if that’s not tightly pressed into the base of the straw, it does leak, but other than that, I was really was very happy with how well it held fluids. Especially considering my kids like to throw bottles.
The textured design of the bottle, as well as the flared base, make it easy for little hands to hold and set down without the bottle tipping over.
The silicone straw is highly flexible, soft and proved to be tough enough to stand up to not just one, but two teething toddlers. I think they may have spent as much time chewing on the straw as they did drinking out of the cup. And even with the constant chewing, I don’t know that I noticed any dimpling in the silicone, or breakage along the straw.
The cup comes apart in multiple, easy-to-clean pieces and I wasn’t worried about what liquids I put in it - water or milk - since I felt confident that I could get it clean.
For the most part, it really is a great midway, teaching cup. It’ll help to build confidence in little learners, while holding enough liquid so that mom and dad aren’t refilling the bottle every two minutes.

Best leakproof straw cup
I have almost nothing but good things to say about the NUK FunGrips Straw Cup. It has quickly become my favorite straw cup for our 12 month old. We have tried 10+ “leak proof” straw cups for toddlers and this is the first that has actually not leaked. He regularly has water and milk in the cup and it has not leaked at all!
I also love that this cup is dishwasher safe and easy to clean. The lid and straw separate so there are no crevices for mold or gunk to grow or hide. The whole thing is only 4 pieces. The straw is 2 pieces so still very easy to clean and a bonus is that the straw coming out of the cup is silicone so it doesn’t get ruined if they bite it. It’s also safe if they fall while using the cup because the straw won’t hurt their mouth if they fall.
I have already recommended this cup to 2 of my friends with little ones. I am so grateful to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this sippy cup as it has become a new staple for my little one!

The Perfect Toddler Cup
The NUK FunGrips cup is a fantastic choice for any little one! I received mine through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I’m so glad I did. Not only is it adorable and available in fun colors, but it’s also incredibly practical. I love how easy it is for my child to hold, and when he drops it—no worries! It’s leak-proof and very durable.
The soft, thin straw is perfect for little mouths. It’s gentle on his gums and teeth, which I really appreciate. Best of all, the cup is dishwasher safe—a must-have feature for busy parents.

Easy to Hold Easy to Clean
I had.previously reviewed a different NUK straw cup and loved it. So I was excited to try this one as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, I was happy with it. I love the design of the NUK FunGrips Straw Cup. There are ridges around the cup which makes it so easy for my one year old to hold. The straw is soft, bendable, and bite resistant, which is a huge bonus for me. (I've had to throw away so many training cups due to the straw being bitten through) Even with a teething toddler, it looks new! The Fungrips Straw Cup is completely leak-proof- even after being tossed from the high chair dozens of times. I also appreciate how colorful it is when looking for it after my toddler leaves it around the house. Another great feature is how easy it is to clean. It is simple to take apart, wash in the dishwasher, and put back together. My one and only complaint is that my toddler did have to suck harder than usual to get a drink. She often got frustrated and would toss the cup instead of trying again. I'm assuming it's because of the leak/spill-proof design of the straw. That's is why I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars. I would still recommend the Fungrips Straw Cup to a friend. And I am hopeful it will be easier for my toddler to use the straw as we keep using it.

NUK Fun Grips Straw Cup
The NUK Fun Grips Straw cup has a simple but sleek design. I loved how it was spill proof and easy for my child to hold. The material of the straw is soft and bite resistant which was nice, I just wish it was maybe a little bit thicker. I love the color scheme of the cup. It was colorful but not overpowering. This cup was also very easy to clean. I loved how the straw comes apart to clean. It would be nice if it came with a tiny brush to throughly clean the straw. Almost perfect cup
I received this product from Stellar Product Reviews in exchange for my honest opinion.
First off, this is a simple no frills straw cup. This is a big plus for me. I love an easy to clean cup with minimal parts! The silicone straw is great and works well, though may benefit to be slightly larger diameter. It’s a small opening requiring decent force to pull the drink through. My 1 and 3 year old had no problem with it however. It’s also easy for them both to hold! So far, my only complaint is that it is not completely spill proof. Sometimes it didn’t leak at all when held upside down and other times it did. But it’s good enough that if knocked over it doesn’t create a big mess which is mostly what I look for in a cup. Overall, it’s a great straw cup!

Solid Toddler Cup
First off, I think my favorite part about this cup is that its easy to clean. All the pieces come off easily and there's no weird angles for milk to get stuck in. I threw the cup and lid in the dishwasher, and cleaned the straw part with a straw cleaner.
My second favorite part about this cup is that it didn't leak at all. My kid tends to throw her cups and this one stood up to that.
The straw part seemed gentle on my toddlers gums. She's teething right now as well and we didn't end up with any bite marks. She also didn't have any problems drinking out of this cup. Sometimes the suction is too strong on some cups and she has a hard time getting the liquid out. This one didn't seem to have that issue.
Overall, its a really solid toddler cup. I have no complaints. It worked well, its easy to clean, and it fits in the dishwasher. That's a win in my book.

Solid cheap sippy cup
I received this sippy cup from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
This is a solid sippy cup if you are clear about what you are getting: a cheap light-weight plastic straw cup that works well for toddlers. Pros are that it is easy to clean, the straw is bendy (so safe for new or clumsy walkers to carry around), and young ones can hold it easily. The colors are fun, too. Cons are it doesn’t hold a temperature, it’s all plastic, and it just feels cheap. I’d purchase another if the price was right!

Toddler cup
I was given this sippy cup to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This cup was leak and spill proof which was great for my toddler to carry around and not spill it. I was able to put juice in without worrying about it getting everywhere unlike some other cups. My only concern was that the straw is very slim and I'm wondering if it will get hard to clean. It does come apart in a few pieces, but I can't use the straw cleaners I have because it won't fit. Overall it's a very nice on the go cup.

Easy to clean and BPA free
I have 4 children so a good quality toddler cup that securely holds up to drops, spills and all the adventures a toddler goes on is hard to find! This Nuk FunGrips straw cup was not only easy to clean and BPA free but held up after countless drops which was a huge plus! I like the textured exterior and hourglass design as it was much easier for small hands to hold and drink from independently. The interior straw was easy to clean and I also love how it could still be used (and grow with my child) without the interior straw if needed. The exterior part of the straw was durable yet flexible and soft on teething gums. My favorite part was still how easy all of the interior parts come apart and can be *fully cleaned and sterilized in the dishwasher* as toddler cups-especially when accidentally left in the car- can get very icky and I'm so impressed on how this has held up during such a challenging stage. Overall, I'd definitely recommend although I'd love for them to include an extra internal straw just in case the first one gets lost in the dishwasher. Decent Cup
My son prefers straw cups, and this one is his new favorite. I love that it is super easy to clean and assemble with just four pieces. It doesn't leak, which is a must for me. My only complaint is that the straw allows a little bit too much liquid to come out at a time for my 18 month old. He often coughs and sputters when drinking from this cup, especially if he is extra thirsty. As he gets better at using it, I know this issue will resolve. Overall, this is a great cup that both my son and I like and will continue using. I received this cup as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, but all opinions are my own.

Almost perfect
We’ve really enjoyed using this cup with our almost 2-year-old. It’s the perfect size for little hands, totally spill-proof (even when it’s rolling around in the car), and super easy to clean — which is a huge plus for me. The straw is also incredibly soft which perfect for a first cup.
The only thing we’ve noticed is that the suction is pretty strong, so our toddler only gets a small sip at a time. Not a big issue, but worth noting if your kiddo gets frustrated easily.
Overall, it’s a great sippy and one we reach for often. Big thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for letting us try it out!

I was given this sippy cup to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Both my 20-month old and 3-year old kids tried using it and they couldn’t seem to get enough suction to actually get any liquid out of the cup. I tried as well and it was pretty hard to drink from. It’s a nice looking cup and the parts are easy to clean, but it’s hard to recommend a product that my kids can’t use.

Great product
I was pleasantly surprised by this cup. I typically get my kiddos cups with handles for easier holding. The shape of this cup made it easy for my 15 month to hold despite not having handles. It is very lightweight as well. She tested the spill-proof design by carrying it around our house upside down without any leaks. My toddler even shook it upside down to try to get water out and had next to nothing leak out. The flow of this cup is great for my 15 month old. She never got frustrated with the flow, but also didn’t struggle to keep up. The bendable straw is nice for safety as well as comfort. The cup comes apart into easy to clean pieces and is easy to reassemble.
This cup seems to be my little one’s new favorite. I do wish it was double walled to keep things cold during the hot summer. I also wish there was a way to cover the straw to keep it clean. Both these things are minor and I was aware prior to trying this cup. Overall, I would definitely recommend this cup to others and may even buy another to have on hand myself. Leak Proof and Easy Clean Cup
There's a lot to love about the NUK FunGrips Straw Cup. My toddler really likes the color and look of this cup. This cup lives up to its promise—no spills, ever. We’ve tossed it in diaper bags, dropped it from high chairs, and it still hasn’t leaked a drop. What I love best how easy it is to wash.
What I love most is how easy it is to wash. Unlike other leakproof cups with intricate straw assemblies that trap residue and grow mold, this cup dismantles into just a few large, easy-to-reach pieces. A quick rinse or run through the dishwasher leaves everything spotless and mold-free.
This cup looks big and holds a lot, but its so easy for my toddler to handle and drink from, even one-handed. My toddler has started to chew on all her straws recently and lots of them are deforming but this one has been holding its shape nicely. the only downside is that the cup must be held completely upright to drink from and that even when doing that, there's a lot of liquid that cannot be sucked up since the straw sits right in the middle and can't be tilted to the side.

Great Affordable Sippy Cup
Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing us with the NUK FunGrips Straw Cup. My 18 month old loved this cup! I love the design and the shape of the cup; it was perfect for her little hands to grip. She’s currently in this stage where she loves to throw things after she’s done. What I absolutely love about this cup is that the straw is located in the middle of the cup, so less chances of it to touch the floor.
Loving the spill proof design, especially at her age when she loves turning the cup over to see if anything comes out. The silicone straw is amazing with her still waiting for her 2 year old molars to come in she’s constantly trying to chew things. With so much chewing on the straw it hasn’t broke. Love it! My only wish is that this was an insulated cup for the hot Arizona Summers, but other than that, I would totally recommend this cup to a friend. I will be certainly be buying her more since the price point is very reasonable. So thank you again to Stellar Product Testing for providing us this awesome cup.

Superior Sippy
I love this cup for my 1 year old. The colors are cute but most importantly it functions like it promises. We prefer straw cups because they are better for orthodontic development. We have tried 3 other brands that claimed to be spill proof but they either leaked or the straw required too strong of suction for a baby learning to drink. This cup is easy to hold, easy to drink from, easy to clean, and does not spill. It's a complete win in my book! Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing this cup for us to try. I will purchase another for my daughter.

Such a fun and functional sippy cup
I think this cup is super sleek and has such fun vibrant colors and a good shape! I like the ridge texture to help with holding this cup. He was able to grasp the cup well and had no issues. I also loved that the straw was very flexible! I try to avoid hard straws so that way in the even he wanted to walk around with his cup I don’t have to worry about hurting his gums or teeth. It did hold up to its claim of being l leak/spill-proof. My toddler did throw it from his high chair and no liquids came out and the cup seemed very durable. I liked how easy this was to clean. It comes apart easily and is very light weight. I would definitely recommend this to other moms or anyone who has a toddler. It’s a perfect transitioning cup that is great with getting them use to a straw cup.

No Spill Wonder
As a mom of two, I’m always looking for the best non-spill solutions to messy drinkers. The NUK cup I received as part of the Stellar Product Testing panel held up to the challenge! My one year old who normally doesn’t love straws was drinking out of it immediately. The design of the cup makes it easy for tiny hands to grip, the straw disassembly feature allows for quick and thorough cleaning and the lid is, in fact, leak proof! We use it in the car seat, at the dinner table and around the house. I’ll be undoubtedly purchasing more soon.

Great for little hands
This straw cup is a great option for toddlers. I love the shape of the cup. It gets narrow in the center, so it is easy for a toddler to hold securely. The cup has a great flow, so my toddler did not get frustrated with it like some other cups with a more narrow straw. The straw is very soft and flexible, which is great for younger children. Because it is so soft, I am not sure how it would stand up to a child who likes to bite or chew on straws. This is not a weighted straw cup, which I prefer so that my toddler won’t try to tip cups from restaurants when we get to that point. Even though it’s not weighted, my toddler did not have any trouble getting water at various angles. I received this product as part of the stellar product testing panel.

Great cup for non curious toddlers
I received this product through the stellar parent testing panel!This cup is great for toddlers who aren’t curious. My son really loves this cup. It is leak proof, but he realized that he can push the straw through the lid and make it not leak proof. I want to give this cup a better rating, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody with a toddler that loves to mess with their straws or bottle nipples.

Sippy cup
This sippy cup is awesome!! Our toddler likes to throw her drinks around sometimes, so we definitely got to test out the leak/spill proof aspect of this cup, and I can say without a doubt it is 100% leak and spill proof!! Our baby girl really enjoy drinking from this cup. It took her a little bit to get used to the skinner straw, but once she did, she loved it. She was able to hold it very easily too! I do like that the straw is soft and bendable, but she does like to bite her straws, so she might end up biting through it eventually. But it is holding up well so far! What i enjoyed the most about this cup has to be the leak/spill proofness. It makes way less mess than a lot of other cups weve used!! I recived this product of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

One of our regulars
We liked this cup! We’re constantly looking for spill proof water (and eventually milk) cups for my 16mo old daughter. She loves being independent and holding them herself. This one we’d give an 8/10 and definitely would repurchase.
It’s pretty easy for her to grab with her little hands — it doesn’t have a holder/handles, which would be the only improvement in my mind. But she can hold it with one hand and drink easily. The soft straw was great, definitely essential as she toddles around and I’m always worried she can trip while holding/sucking on a straw. The spill proof apparatus was genius — once I figured out how it opened, it’s easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher. It’s all silicone and a simple connector piece at the top. Spill proof is huge!
Only slight negative is that it’s a little wide at the bottom - might not fit all carseat/stroller cup holders.

Easy to Clean Soft Straw cup
This is a pretty great overall straw cup. The straw is so soft and the cup itself has a nice ergonomic design, great for little ones venturing out from the bottle to independently handle. My favorite aspect is how easy it is to clean. All parts disassemble with ease and are easily cleaned with a brush for straws. I appreciate there not being any areas for mold to accumulate. I will say, my child figured out how to make this cup leak within one day (the talent for mess is significant). When tipped upside down by me, the occasional drop comes out; however, when shaken it does splatter. It is much less mess than other cups we have, though! I was given this sippy cup to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Wanted to like it but my toddler ate the straw
I received this sippy cup from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This cup is great if your child does not chew on their straw. The top thing I love about this cup is how it is completely spill proof. It does not leak at all when held upside down. I also like the simple design and enjoy how easy it is to disassemble for cleaning and then reassemble. My 19-month old toddler likes that it has a good flow rate when you drink out of it, not too slow like some other leak proof straw cups we have tried. However, my biggest issue with it is that my toddler was able to chew off pieces of silicone from the end of the straw, so I cannot give it to her without supervision anymore. It is not really bite-proof as advertised. Also, due to the wide base, it does not fit in the cup holder of my toddler's car seat. This is a pretty minor issue though. Overall, I can only recommend this cup if you have a child who doesn't like to chew on silicone.

Leak proof and easy for baby
This cup is perfect for home and on the go. I can throw it in my diaper bag and it never leaks! I really appreciate that it comes apart into just a few pieces and is easy to wash and put back together. My baby can easily hold the cup and the straw is soft and bends to make it even easier for her to drink from! She picked up on using this cup right away (she had used straw cups before).
