Information about NUK Glass bottle recall here
Learner or trainer cups are designed to help make the transition from bottle to independent drinking easier. NUK® learner cups have easy-grip, anti-slip handles that are easy for baby to hold and can be removed to grow with baby. The soft silicone spout is gentle on baby's gums and includes an air vent that helps reduce swallowing of air. NUK learner cups are recommender for babies 6 months and older. Once your baby is ready to hold a cup without handles, they may be ready to move on to active cups! While NUK active cups maintain the shape of a large learner cup, it gives baby the opportunity to drink independently without handles. NUK active cups also come with a clip for on-the-go carrying in soft spout and hard spout versions. Once baby gets comfortable with holding their own cup, they may be ready to move on to sippy cups. NUK offers sippy cups in a variety of spout types such as 360, straw and hard spout. Recommended ages vary from 6 months to 12 months. Explore different spout types with your baby to discover what they like best!
Hard spout and soft spout cups each have their own benefits depending on baby's stage of development. Soft spout cups are designed to make the transition from bottle to cup easier since the silicone spout is gentle on baby's gums. Once teeth emerge, a bite-resistant hard spout cup with a similar shape to soft spout helps continue with transition to independent drinking.
